How directory enquiries are handled.

What we collect
If you submit a form, we store your name, email, optional phone, area, message, selected enquiry type, consent and a reference number. Provider enquiries may include a business name and plan preference. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents or payment information.
How we use it
We use enquiries to answer your question, maintain listings or discuss provider services. We do not automatically forward personal information. You may separately consent to sharing enquiry details with relevant independent providers for potential quotations. Some professional providers may pay for agreed commercial lead introductions where lawful and clearly disclosed.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests are stored in private Cloudflare D1 and synchronised to the access-controlled Crescendo lead spreadsheet. Personal records are removed after 90 days by scheduled deletion. An anti-abuse check uses a SHA-256 hash of IP address and date, retained for no more than two days. Infrastructure services may separately process technical logs for security.

Provider websites have their own privacy policies. This site does not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. You may browse prices without submitting personal details.
