We minimise the information collected and do not sell families’ enquiries.
Public directory listings contain business information from third-party sources. No personal details about families appear in the directory.
When lead forms have been configured with Cloudflare D1 and anti-abuse verification, submissions collect name, contact details, suburb, service and message, along with a timestamp. Enquiries are not sent automatically to listed funeral directors.
Do not include medical, identity document, financial account or other sensitive information in your enquiry. Please contact qualified professionals directly when those details are needed.
Before a general commercial launch, the site owner must add the operating legal entity, a real privacy contact, verified retention terms and processes for correction, access and deletion requests.
