Terms of use
The conditions for using Farewell Index US and the information it publishes.
Who operates this section
Farewell Index US (farewellindex.com/us/) is published by Crescendo Assets, a company registered in the United States. Contact: contact@farewellindex.com.
Information only
Farewell Index US is an independent directory of funeral and cremation information for Tampa Bay and Greater Phoenix. It is not a funeral establishment, does not arrange or book services, does not take payment for funerals and is not an emergency service. The content is general information, not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Listings and advertised prices
Listings and prices come from public sources, mainly providers’ own websites and published price lists, reviewed on 2026-10-26. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or partnership, and does not confirm licensing, care quality or availability.
Advertised prices are package figures a provider published. They can change, may exclude third-party charges and are not quotes. Ask each provider for its itemized General Price List and a written total before you decide; the FTC Funeral Rule explains your rights.
Payment does not change the order
Payment never changes a published price or the price-sort order. Sponsored placements are labelled and kept separate from ordinary listings. Provider plans are agreed in writing before any billing, and corrections are always free.
Enquiries
Enquiries are handled as described in the privacy notice. We share an enquiry with providers only if you tick the separate optional box. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or an agreement with a provider, and a reply, quote or introduction is not guaranteed.
Other websites and trademarks
Links to provider and government websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the businesses listed.
Accuracy
We take care to record information accurately and to date it, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Confirm important details with the provider before relying on them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. This version was published on 5 November 2026. The Sydney section of Farewell Index has its own terms of use.
